This website is operated by Rare Reserve TCG LTD (“we”, “us” and “our”), trading as Rare Reserve. We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17243695. Our registered office is 66, Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.

Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.
Products
We sell trading cards, sealed product, accessories and related collectibles. Every product listing includes a condition grade, language and (where applicable) grading-company certification details.
• Sealed product is sold as factory-sealed unless otherwise stated.
• Singles are graded by us using standard hobby terminology (Near Mint, Lightly Played, and so on).
• Graded slabs carry their original certification; we do not modify or re-grade slabs.
Product images are representative. For singles and slabs, the exact card shown is the card you receive. For sealed product, you receive a sealed unit of the same SKU but not necessarily the exact box pictured.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline orders, or correct pricing errors before dispatch.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
The contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, not at the time of order or payment.
If we discover a clear pricing error before dispatch (for example, a £200 booster box listed at £2.00), we will contact you and either honour the price, offer a refund, or allow you to confirm the corrected price.
Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated dispatch times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
Returns and refunds
Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Refund Policy. In summary, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel for any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the conditions in that policy.
Selling to us
If you submit a quote request via our “Sell to Us” page, the quote we provide is non-binding and indicative only, based on the information and photos you supply. A final offer is made only after we receive and inspect the cards in person. You are under no obligation to accept.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site to:
• Place fraudulent orders.
• Scrape or crawl the site at scale without permission.
• Resell our content, listings or images without permission.
• Upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing material via any form on the site.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Automated access and AI agents
This section applies if you use, enable, or cause an automated agent to access or interact with the site. An “agent” means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, a person or organisation.
Agents may access the site only if they identify themselves and follow the rules below, and only where we have not asked that agent to stop. We may limit or block agent access by technical or other means at our discretion.
Any agent accessing the site must:
• Identify itself in all HTTP and HTTPS requests by including “Agent/[agent name]” in the user agent string.
• Not conceal or disguise the fact that access is automated, including by mimicking human behavior or by completing or bypassing CAPTCHAs or similar checks designed to tell humans and computers apart.
• Answer truthfully any question or prompt designed to establish whether interactions come from a human or a computer.
• Not circumvent or avoid any measure we use to block, limit, or control how agents access or interact with the site.
Intellectual property
All site content, including text, layout, graphics, logos and code, is owned by or licensed to Rare Reserve TCG LTD. Trading-card franchise names, characters and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not copy, reproduce or republish any part of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party links
The site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites, and following them is at your own risk. We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site before using it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses (such as loss of profit or business interruption) if you are using the site for business purposes.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supplier outages, severe weather, or industrial action.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement and waiver
These terms, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site, and supersede any earlier agreements or understandings. If we do not enforce a right or provision of these terms, that is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these terms, for example as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business, provided this does not reduce your rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
