Dispatch and handling
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. Orders are not dispatched or delivered at weekends or on UK public holidays. During major releases or periods of high demand, dispatch may take a little longer, and we will let you know if there is a significant delay.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and value of your order. The exact cost is shown before you pay, so there are no surprises after checkout.
Where we ship
We ship within the UK.
UK delivery
All UK orders are sent on a tracked service, with tracking provided on every order. Estimated delivery is 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
International delivery
Currently, we do not offer International orders.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel through to delivery.
Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For orders sent on a signed-for service, delivery takes place when the parcel is signed for at the delivery address.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address that you provided. If an order is returned to us for this reason, you will need to cover the cost of reshipping.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
Delivery times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or other events outside our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch for UK orders, please contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, raise a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can put it right. None of this affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are dispatched on or shortly after the official release date shown on the product listing. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will hold the whole order and dispatch it together once everything is available, unless you ask us to ship the in-stock items separately, which may incur an additional postage charge.
Restricted items
Some products may be restricted by carrier rules. If we are unable to fulfil your orders, we will contact you and offer a full refund
